In what can be described as his immediate response to enquiries made about why he tendered his resignation as Special Adviser to Cross River State governor, Ben Ayade, erstwhile SA, Ray Ugba Morphy, has just published a damming statement, bluntly calling the Ayade administration, “corrupt”.
Morphy who titled his Facebook post, “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”, stated clearly that, “Anybody who expected me to stay and serve in a corrupt government, doesn’t know me at all. To do so is to negate everything I hold dear”. He went on to say that, “How can I serve a tainted administration when I formulated and led ANCOR Revolution, the official anti-corruption campaign of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC…No way will I be found among the corrupt”, he ended.
Days back, www.calitown.com exclusively broke the news of Ugba Morphy’s resignation from the Ben Ayade administration.
