The attention of Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba and his Campaign Organization has been drawn to a spurious and ill-intentioned publication on Facebook by one Emmanuel Ulayi with the mischievous title “Ndoma-Egba distances himself from Owan-Enoh”.
We ordinarily would not bother with responding to this but given that the author is obviously out to create friction where there is none, it is important to set the records straight.
The author claimed that he watched a footage of Senator Ndoma-Egba’s recent visit to Boki wherein he solicited support for himself and President Buhari, conspicuously omitting the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Senator John Owan Enoh. He also made some other misrepresentations that we will leave for some other concerned persons to react to.
For the avoidance of doubt, the issues raised by Mr. Ulayi only exist in his imagination. Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba recognizes, supports and will work assiduously with Senator John Owan Enoh and indeed all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress for the elections in Cross River State towards the victory of the Party. We advise Ulayi to watch the full footage of the AIT coverage of the said Boki visit before rushing to spin fantasy theories that have no truth and are a far cry from reality. We enjoin well meaning members of the public to disregard that piece of misinformation as there is no iota of truth in it.
For Mr. Ulayi’s information, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba enjoys a very strong cordial relationship with Senator Enoh that predate politics. In addition to that, he is a very active and conscientious leader of the APC in Cross River State fully committed to the objective of the party to wrest political power from the PDP through free and fair elections in Cross River State. We can understand the fact that the naysayers and conspiracy theorists in the opposition camp are uncomfortable and jittery with the increasing cohesion in the ranks of the APC in the State and are desperately watching as their divisive schemes are falling apart.
Listen and hear us loudly and clearly – your seeds of discord have clearly fallen amongst thorns. We are coming to make BETTER DAYS POSSIBLE AGAIN IN CROSS RIVER STATE.
